Epion accepts applications via e-mail and fax. An application should include both a brief cover letter and a CV/résumé. since many candidates apply,we recommend you attach a recent photo to help your resume stand out.

By E-Mail: Applications can be sent to Epion's e-mail address at willway-2@saiyou-center.jp

By Fax: Applications can also be sent to Epion via our fax number. For faxing from inside Japan, the number is 06-6231-5800. For applicants faxing from outside Japan, remember that the country code prefix for Japan is 81 and the number to dial is then 6-6231-5800.

Hiring Process

Hiring Process

Epion's hiring process is generally performed in two stages:

Stage 1: Upon receiving and reviewing an applicant's CV/résumé and cover letter, Epion's management team may contact that applicant for an interview. Within one week after this interview, all applicants will be notified of the result. Please note that all applicants are expected to observe proper, professional interview etiquette and attire when visiting for an interview.

Stage 2: The final stage is the second interview. Once again, all applicants at this stage will be notified within one week of the result.

When teaching vacancies occur at Epion, we typically publish advertisements in two periodicals, Kansai Flea Market. Residents of Kansai can find these publications at many of the larger bookstores throughout Osaka, Nara, Hyogo and Kyoto prefectures. We place online ads on various sites including ,Atom Job , ,JobsInJapan.com, Gaijinpot.com, Kansai Scene Classifieds and KFM Online Classifieds.
